Professor Flip started this tradition in 2021 for our Self Defense Academy COS Students and their Family. We hope you have saved the date!
Please RSVP to Professor Samantha with a headcount and also let us know what potluck dish you would like to bring. We will be keeping a list and if you are open to anything we can give a few suggestions. If you have a specialty we definitely want you to bring that!
